This congregation had tried to build for 10 years, but it wasn’t until Barden Commercial designed it and priced it reasonably that they were able to afford to build it. Dave possesses in depth knowledge and experience in site selection, all types of governmental approvals including building permits, site plans and subdivisions, and the negotiating of financing. |
| Dave has also served as Past President of the Community Builders Association of Somerset/Morris, Director of New Jersey Builders Association and Commercial Council, Chairman of CBA council, Director and designated commercial property builder (CPB) of National Association of Home Builders presided over development of the “Education-Dream House”, which won a National Building Award from the National Association of Home Builders and has also won many awards for his church projects from the Community Builders Association. |  |
